Well its the Christmas holidays, hopefully I can relax for a bit but I doubt thats going to happen. My manager at work has allowed me to go home for a week. Even though we are not allowed to take holiday in December hes ok with it for the reason that i hardly ever see my family and im always working.
As soon as I get back from being my home town. I will be constantly working, so im not sure how much uni work I will be able to get done. Its not the big of a problem though because I have already got my designs nearly finished in photoshop, so im ahead as it is before the holiday.
Still meeting up with Steve every monday afternoon to do the D&ad brief.
Monday 14th December
Screen Based Communication 2 is going well, i have done a lot of sketch book work which is unusual, also have done a lot of work on the designs for the online portfolio. This is all good but i am having real trouble waking up because im still doing 30 - 40 hrs at work.
D&ad isn't going as well. We still are stuck for ideas, we've had a few but there not that good. Also we aren't bouncing ideas with Oli and Ben anymore, they want to do it my themselves. I had the feeling they didn't want to work together in the first place. I just thought it would be a good idea, and we could help develop each others work.

Monday 7th December
Second meeting on the D&ad brief with Steve, we have decided to do the Body shop brief and bounce ideas off each other with Oli and Ben. So far we have no ideas, done a little bit of research but need to do much more.
Wednesday 2nd December
Just got back to Bournemouth, been at home in Westbury the last three days. First time i've seen my family in four months. Loved being home, missed my family alot. Can't wait to go back.
We had sort of organized that me, Oli Soden, Ben Crane and Steve Hayward are going to work together on the D&ad brief before i went back home but whilst at home I got a call from Oli saying that they have decided that we are going to split up into 2 groups. Don't have a clue whats going on!
Then I spoke to Steve and he didn't really have a clue either, according to him Ben and Oli are going to work on the Body Shop brief and me and Steve are going to do another one. I suggested that we do the body shop brief aswell then we can hand two designs in and also bounce ideas off each other.
